The Team Checkup provides the structure and platform for your team to have the conversation it needs to be its best. During this interactive session, each team member anonymously rates the team on 11 metrics found in highly effective teams. For each metric, the team discusses what is and is not working, and more importantly, what to do about it.
The team leaves the session with a balanced view of their strengths and opportunities along with concrete next steps to take to improve team effectiveness.
